What practices ask us first
Do you only work with Hasomed Elefant?
No. Elefant is our focus because many psychotherapy practices use it and we have supported it for years. But we are explicitly open to other practice management systems — tell us what you use and we'll assess what we can take on.
Is Psynex compatible with confidentiality obligations and the GDPR?
Psynex processes data on servers in Germany, stores it encrypted, and operates under a data processing agreement. Details and current certifications are on psynex.de. For your practice we supply the documentation you need for your record of processing activities.
Do you also support single-therapist practices?
Yes. Most of our clients are single or small group practices. That is exactly where nobody is looking after the IT — the gap we fill.
Do you come on site?
Most things are faster and cheaper to solve remotely. For installations, relocations, TI connections and hardware we come on site — at short notice around Koblenz, elsewhere by arrangement.
What does support cost?
It depends on size and scope. The usual model is a monthly retainer with defined services, alternatively time and materials. You get a realistic estimate in the first call, before you commit.
