2. Principle

We process personal data only as far as necessary to provide this website and our services. This website uses no analytics or marketing cookies, embeds no tracking and no advertising networks, and builds no usage profiles.

3. Visiting the website (server log files)

When you visit this website, your browser transmits technically necessary data which our hosting provider stores in log files: page requested, date and time, volume of data transferred, referrer, browser type and version, operating system and IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and stable operation of the website. Log data is deleted or truncated after a short period.

4. Google Fonts

This website loads the “Inter” and “Plus Jakarta Sans” typefaces from Google's servers (Google Ireland Limited). Your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (consistent presentation of the site). If you would prefer to avoid this, the font files can also be served locally — just ask.

5. Contacting us

The contact form on this website does not transmit your input to a server; it opens your local email client with a prepared message. The data leaves your computer only when you send the email yourself.

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details in order to handle the enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We delete the data once it is no longer needed for that purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Processing on behalf of practices

Where we support your practice IT or provide Psynex, access to your patients' personal data may be technically possible. Any such processing takes place exclusively on the basis of a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR and on your instructions. We settle the details in writing before the engagement begins.
